Are you a passionate sales leader with a strong desire to contribute to renewable energy? Green Energy Widows is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Manager to drive our green energy initiatives and lead a motivated sales team dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of field appointment setters, and fostering relationships with customers to promote our green energy solutions. Your leadership will be critical in surpassing sales targets and enhancing brand visibility in the community.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing outside team focused on green energy solutions.
• Develop strategic plans to market our green energy products effectively.
• Conduct field sales activities to drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers in the industry.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in outside sales management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
