FINANCIAL PACKAGE
Weekly Pay:
• Full-time drivers can earn $1,000 - $1,800 per week

Annual Pay:
• Full-time drivers can earn $52,000 - $93,600 per year

These figures depend on experience, routes, consistent attendance, and length of service. Our complete pay package also features additional compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay if applicable.

Including both mileage pay and other forms of compensation, full-time drivers can make $1,000 - $1,800 per week ($52,000 - $93,600 per year), contingent on experience, routes, attendance, and service duration.

Flatbed OTR Driver Rate:
• $.55-$.60 per mile, based on experience.
We recognize changing jobs can be stressful, so we offer a $1,800 Transition Package including $1,000 for orientation over your first two weeks, allowing you to concentrate on driving while we handle the rest.

HOME TIME
Home Time:
• 3 weeks out, then 3 days off
Home time varies by division. This opening is for Division 200.

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS
What's Needed:
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 4 months of driving experience
• A safe driving history
• Less than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred 1-year truck driving experience
• Background check
• A clean drug test
• A clean clearinghouse result
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice; tested during orientation, applicable to flatbed drivers who tarp about 70% of loads
