How You'll Make an Impact
• Troubleshoot IT issues requiring physical attention.
• Deliver computers in a ready-to-use state to users.
• Provide ad-hoc training on common IT matters.
• Manage physical stock of devices and accessories.
• Perform regular inventory checks for hardware.
• Coordinate logistics for device shipment and movement.
• Handle warranty cases with OEM vendors.
• Support end users in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.

Your Background
• Formal qualification in IT from an accredited institution or apprenticeship.
• Two years of professional IT support experience.
• Fluency in local and English language, with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Legal authorization to work in the applied location.
• Familiarity with Service Now IT Enterprise Platform, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS, and asset management tools.
• Preferred ITIL 4 and Lean 6 Sigma certification.
