Job Description
Jairamdass Khushiram is seeking an Organic Certification & Documentation Executive in Washi, Maharashtra. The role involves managing organic certifications, ensuring compliance with international standards, and coordinating audits. Key responsibilities include documentation maintenance, liaising with certifying bodies, and supporting internal audits. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 2-5 years of experience in organic certification. This is a full-time, in-person position with a monthly salary of ₹30,000 - ₹50,000.

We're looking for a meticulous and proactive Organic Certification & Documentation Executive to manage our growing portfolio of organic certifications. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with international organic standards, supporting audits, and maintaining robust traceability from farm to customer.
Post - Organic Certification & Documentation Executive
Job location - Vashi, navi mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all organic certifications (USDA NOP, NPOP, EU Organic, etc.).
Coordinate with certifying bodies like Control Union, ECOCERT, or OneCert for inspections, audits, renewals, and compliance reporting.
Track and verify organic raw material sourcing, including grower group documentation, ICS (Internal Control System), and transaction certificates.
Liaise with purchase, production, and quality control teams to ensure organic integrity at every stage.
Manage batch-wise traceability and documentation from raw herbs to processed goods.
Prepare for and support internal/external audits, including mock audits.
Regularly review and update SOPs related to organic material handling and documentation.
Stay updated with evolving international organic standards and ensure internal compliance.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Agriculture, Food Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.,2–5 years of experience managing organic certification documentation (herbs, spices, botanicals preferred).Hands-on experience with USDA NOP, NPOP (India), and EU Organic certification processes.Strong documentation, reporting, and Excel skills.
Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.Understanding of ICS systems, grower group audits, and transaction certificates.
