Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced EHS – Safety Officer/Executive to oversee workplace safety, compliance, and risk management in our production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in industrial safety regulations, hazard control, and EHS documentation to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.



Key Responsibilities:



✔Implement and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and compliance programs in alignment with legal and industry standards.

✔Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and workplace inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.

✔Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 45001, OSHA, and other relevant safety and environmental standards.

✔Monitor and improve waste management, fire safety, and chemical handling protocols.

✔Investigate workplace accidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions.

✔Conduct EHS training sessions for employees on workplace safety, hazardous material management, and emergency preparedness.

✔Ensure proper storage, labeling, and disposal of chemicals used in cosmetics and skincare manufacturing.

✔Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute safety improvement initiatives.

✔Liaise with government authorities and external auditors for safety inspections and regulatory compliance.



Required Qualifications & Skills:



✔Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or Occupational Health & Safety.

✔3-5 years of experience as an EHS Officer/Safety Executive in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or FMCG manufacturing.

✔Strong knowledge of industrial safety laws, hazardous material management, and environmental regulations.

✔Familiarity with MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), fire safety norms, and emergency response procedures.

✔Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety documentation.

✔Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA is a plus.

✔Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
