Operator - Transfer Station

Cleanaway Waste Management is hiring an Operator for their Transfer Station in Welland SA, Australia. This temp-to-perm role involves operating earthmoving equipment and adhering to safety protocols. Flexible day shift hours are available, with a pay rate of $42+ per hour. Candidates with excavation experience are preferred, but training is provided. The Opportunity
• Operate and maintain earthmoving equipment, including excavators and bobcat.
• Carry out excavation and earthmoving tasks in line with safety and operational requirements.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure equipment is operated in a safe manner.
• Assist in other duties as needed to support the team.

About You
• Excavator and Skid Steer experience desired however not essential for right candidate full training provided
• Forklift licence is advantageous
• Previous experience in the earthmoving or construction industry is highly regarded.
• A professional presentation and manner with a strong focus on safety.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
