Operator Academy for Women

Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking women for two full-time permanent positions as Yellow Gear Operators in Dandenong South and Hallam, VIC. The role involves operating waste processing equipment, loading/unloading waste, and performing maintenance checks. Candidates should be comfortable in a physical environment and willing to obtain relevant licenses. The Opportunity

Based at our Dandenong South and Hallam branches, we are looking for women interested in becoming a Yellow Gear Operators, who will join the team in a full time, permanent capacity learning to use Forklift, Front End Loader, Excavator and Material Handler.
• Load and unload waste from vehicles
• Safely operate waste processing equipment
• Undertake daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment

About You
• Has or willing to obtain relevant yellow gear licences
• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Committed to maintaining a high standard of safety
• Willing to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test
