Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing roustabout crews, overseeing hot oil truck operations, and be familiar with the construction of tank batteries. A CDL is highly preferred, as is a hands-on, leadership-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations of roustabout crews and hot oil units
• Ensure all field work is performed safely and efficiently in compliance with company and industry standards
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project timelines and production goals
• Oversee construction and maintenance of oilfield infrastructure including battery setups
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for field personnel
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of job activities and site conditions
• Assist in planning work schedules, logistics, and material needs for ongoing projects

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in oilfield operations
• Proven experience managing roustabout crews and hot oil trucks
• Strong knowledge of oilfield construction, particularly tank battery builds
• Valid CDL preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and adapt to changing priorities
