Operations Readiness - Supervisor (Local)

International Energy Services Limited is seeking an Operations Readiness Supervisor in Lagos, Nigeria. Candidates should have a BEng/B.Sc. in Engineering, 5-15 years of oil and gas experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position requires travel to site locations.
Job Description
• Prepares systems, people, and processes for operations or shutdown events.
• Coordinates training, procedural updates, risk assessments, and resource availability across functions.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Education: BEng / B.Sc. in a related Engineering field from an accredited university.
• Experience: Minimum 5 –15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas industry.
