We are seeking a strong, business-minded leader with the ability to drive results, build a diverse talent pipeline, and develop and execute roadmaps and plans for inclusive growth.Job Description:Lead the Materials & Supply Chain team and manufacturing operations workforce.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Champion hiring, people development, and long-term resource planning.Streamline and build a resilient supply chain for high-volume manufacturing.Drive adoption of manufacturing technologies to improve costs, quality, and efficiency.Lead strategy development and execution to support sustained business growth.Partner with leaders to prioritize and support customer needs.Develop strategic plans to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals.Plan cost savings and strategic sourcing aligned with growth initiatives.Manage the operations manpower budget.Collaborate with teams to improve product margins.Lead continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.Solve equipment, tooling, facility, and process problems.Benchmark innovative manufacturing processes.Drive metrics for safety, quality, efficiency, and capacity utilization.Qualifications:Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field.10+ years related experience in operations and supply chain management is required.Prior people leadership experience required, preference of 5 or more years.
