Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Manager for our solar power plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, maintenance activities, client billing, client management, staff recruitment, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Maintenance:

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the solar power plant.
Ensure maximum plant uptime and efficiency.
Maintain records of energy generation, equipment maintenance, and repairs.
Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions.
Client Billing & Liasioning:

Prepare and manage client billing and ensure timely payments.
Liaise with Client for approvals, compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their queries promptly.
Staff Management & Training:

Recruit, train, and manage plant staff.
Conduct regular training sessions on safety, equipment handling, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in solar plant operations and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of solar power plant systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Experience in client management and billing.
Familiarity regulations and liasioning processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Fluent in English & Tamil (spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
