Job Description / Responsibility

The role required a deep understanding of chemical management systems, international sustainability platforms (e.g. Higg FEM,ZDHC Gateway) and local environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe and sustainable chemical use while supporting broader environmental performance goals.
• Responsible for ensuring proper storage, labelling, secondary containment and safe use of chemicals in all applicable areas.
• To analyze MSDS with CAS & GHS pictograms; cross-check against ZDHC MRSL requirement.
• To conduct awareness training program for staff regarding MSDS interpretation, chemical handling, PPE usage and chemical storage practices.
• To Ensure full compliance with environmental and technical regulations and adhering textile industry COC and buyer requirement.
• To develop and implement corrective action plan based on audit findings and ensure follow-up action are completed.
• To manage verification and self assessment process for platforms like Higg 4.0, BHive and ZDHC Gateway, RCS, GRS and Regenagri & Ensure documentation and update performance in customer portals.
• To monitor & ensure compliance with all legal environmental and chemical license, permits and industry standard.
• Any other task assign by management

Educational Requirements
• Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering
• Skills Required: Environmental Compliance, Chemical Management, ETP Maintenance
