Job Description
Rahimafrooz Distribution Ltd. seeks an Officer, Territory Sales to manage dealer sales and corporate channels in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets for Tyres, IPS, and lubricants, maintaining dealer relationships, ensuring timely sales collections, and monitoring inventory. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or MBA, with at least two years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the tyre or related industries.

Job Description / Responsibility
The position role is critical as a significant chunk of sales revenue comes from dealer sales and corporate channel. A sales personnel is entirely responsible to feed the respective dealers within the area of his concern. The sales personnel needs to be more careful & efficient in the execution of their respective sales & distribution planning considering market challenges.
• Achieve annual value, volume, and profitability targets for Tyre, IPS & lubricant in the specified territories.
• Ensuring active involvement in cycle planning activities.
• Attending regular sales calls as per plan to maintain a sustainable trade relationship with the dealers.
• Visit dealers of the assigned territories and secure sales through them or any other suitable sources.
• Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
• Ensuring sales collection within the due time frame.
• Ensuring merchandising materials in all planned locations to enhance brand awareness.
• Monitor inventory in key sales points to ensure product availability.
• Efficient management of key customer accounts.
• Increase sales, as well as customer service by maintaining healthy relationships with the IPS service technicians or supervisors of the territories.
• Ensure customer/dealer/business partner satisfaction with utmost priority.
• Combat competition & ensure growth in market share.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor/Honors
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Skills Required: Customer Relationship Management, Dealer Management, Lubricant Sales and Marketing, Tyre Industry, Dealer or Channel Development, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Battery industry
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Group of Companies,Automobile,Battery, Storage cell,Tyre manufacturer,Dry cell (Battery),Power
Additional Requirements
• The applicants should have expertise & experience in sales & marketing of Tyre, IPS, Battery and Lubricant.
