PRT is hiring Nursery Workers for seasonal thinning of forest seedlings at their Tappen, BC location. No experience is required as training will be provided. Job Description
Our Nursery is located in Tappen and we are hiring multiple people for seasonal work immediately. The project will continue on until the end of June. The right candidates will be offered ongoing opportunities for employment as they arise.
The thinning project involves removing extra tree seedlings and using them to fill empty spaces in the greenhouse.
No experience required, training provided
$17.66/hr to start, piece rates available proficient thinners regularly earn $19 - $20/hr

Required/Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
• Reliable transportation

• Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
