The Nottingham Institute of Education is seeking to appoint a research fellow on a fixed term contract to contribute to an important piece of research on the Indigenisation of Education for Climate Change Adaptation.

The Institute is built on a long and successful history of education provision at the university and are at an exciting stage in their development. The role offers the opportunity to join a vibrant and supportive academic environment, committed to the highest standards of teaching and research on the subject of climate change and to providing the best academic and professional preparation for those wishing to enter careers in international development.

Applicants are sought with expert knowledge and experience in the following areas:
• Climate Change Education
• International Development
• Indigenous Knowledge Systems
• Systematic Review

You should be an experienced researcher with up to date knowledge of international development and a good understanding of education for climate change adaptation, and an excellent communicator with the capabilities needed to deliver high quality research outputs. These would include conducting systematic reviews, analysing research data and drafting manuscripts.
