Job Title: New Construction Sustainability Lead

Description:

We're looking for an experienced professional to lead our efforts in new construction sustainability. As a New Construction Sustainability Lead, you'll be responsible for:
• Sustainably promoting high-performance building strategies and technologies.
• Maintaining a pipeline of projects to support electric and natural gas utility programs.
• Collaborating with program management, software, outreach, data analysis, customer service, and partner teams.

Requirements:
• Degree (or equivalent experience) in Construction Management, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with energy-efficient building practices, building systems, and state building codes.
• Proficiency with building simulation software and experience with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.
