Job Description

The Natural Resources Technician position at Hill Air Force Base, UT, is a full-time seasonal role with travel to support military properties. Responsibilities include conducting natural resources surveys and assisting the Natural Resources Program. Housing is provided during the work week at the Utah Test and Training Range. The job requires weekly travel and is not remote.
A Natural Resources Technician (Seasonal Worker, Full-time, 40 hours/week) position is available with the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML). The position will be based out of Hill Air Force Base (AFB) in Utah and will travel to support properties managed by Hill AFB, Mountain Home AFB in Idaho, and Fairchild AFB in Washington. The Technician will assist Natural Resources Program personnel in providing support in upholding the Air Force’s mission. Specific duties of the technician position include but are not limited to: Weekly travel to conduct natural resources surveys at the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR), approximately 1.5 hours from Hill AFB. Housing at the UTTR is typically provided during the work week.
