A national law firm is seeking an Environmental Law Associate to add to their team in California. Their Natural Resources group represents clients in complex litigation, administrative proceedings, and transactions pertaining to water rights, hazardous waste contamination, mining, oil and gas, public lands, and air quality.

Qualifications:
• JD from accredited law school
• CA Bar Admission
• 1-5 years of experience in general environmental practice
• Knowledge in the areas of natural resources law: NEPA, ESA, CAA, CWA, BLM leasing, USFS permitting
• Experience with natural resources litigation, industry experience in energy, infrastructure development and use, agency rulemaking, water rights, water quality, and enforcement proceedings.
