EquipmentShare is Hiring a National Technical Support Specialist - Climate ControlEquipmentShare is seeking a National Technical Support Specialist - Climate Control to join our growing Advanced Solutions division. This role will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting sales efforts and delivering engineered climate control solutions for complex customer needs across multiple vertical markets and geographic regions.You'll work closely with our Territory Account Managers, Advanced Solutions Reps, and National Account Managers to develop, quote, and execute customized solutions involving HVAC, dehumidification, and more. This is a customer-facing and highly technical position that requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales support, and project execution.Location: Remote/Travel-Based - National Coverage (Multiple Regions/Districts)Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours, with flexibility for travel.
