Job Description
Bluewave New Energy Technology is seeking a National Sales Manager to lead national sales efforts in Ikeja, Nigeria. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing a nationwide team, nurturing customer relationships, negotiating agreements, and analyzing performance metrics. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 5 years of sales leadership experience. This is a full-time position based on-site.
Job Title: National Sales Manager
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our national sales efforts.
About the Role
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Lead a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Nurture productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, driving successful partnerships and revenue expansion.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, leveraging industry expertise to secure new business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve sales outcomes and optimize team performance.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, aligning with company objectives and strategic plans.
• Identify new potential customers and market opportunities through research and analysis, expanding our reach and influence.
• Provide solutions aligned with client needs, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development teams to maintain brand consistency and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date on new product launches, ensuring sales team members are informed and equipped to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading a sales team, with a proven track record of success.
• Candidates with more than 8 years of experience in leading high-performing teams and achieving excellent sales results will be given priority consideration.
