Stockwell Engineers is a full-service engineering, landscape architecture, and land surveying firm with over 40 years of experience serving communities across the region. We are currently seeking a Municipal/Civil Engineer to join our growing team onsite in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

This role is ideal for a licensed professional engineer who is passionate about municipal infrastructure and ready to take on project management responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:
• Prepare engineering documents including construction specifications, plans, and project schedules
• Serve as Project Manager for the design and development of civil engineering projects
• Assist with contract administration for municipal infrastructure projects
• Provide project oversight to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results
• Develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Dakota or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 4 years of relevant civil or municipal engineering experience
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a small team setting
• Proven record of successful, long-term employment
