Multi Drop Delivery Driver - Manchester & Burnley

Riverford Organic Farmers Ltd is hiring a Multi Drop Delivery Driver for their Manchester and Burnley hubs. This role is a permanent contract, 40 hours per week - Working Mondays to Fridays which is inclusive of Bank Holidays. Start and finish times vary, we usually arrive at the hub between the hours of 4am to 6am and finish when all of the veg boxes have

Location: This delivery role will be split between two of our distributions hubs in the North West – Manchester and Burnley.

You’ll spend around 60% of your time at our Manchester Hub (Unit 16, Thames Trading Estate, Irlam, Manchester, M44 6BP), typically working Mondays and Thursdays there.

The remaining 40% will be at our Burnley Hub (Unit 2, Farrington Court, Farrington Place, Farrington Road, Burnley, BB11 5SS), usually on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

To support a healthy work-life balance, we’d ideally like to hear from candidates who live within a reasonable commuting distance of both locations.

Pay: £13.26 per hour, rising to £13.86 from April 1st 2025 paid monthly

What you’ll be doing…

As a Delivery Driver at Riverford, you are our #1 ambassador and the friendly face of our business for our valued customers. You will safely deliver an average of 70+ veg boxes per day, with an increase during busier times of the year. Ensuring each delivery is made responsibly and on time, you will handle veg boxes with care to maintain their perfect condition and build strong relationships with our customers.

We are looking for individuals with safe and responsible driving skills. Experience in multi-drop driving is preferred. You should be able to efficiently manage a high volume of deliveries and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
