Business Development Executive

London
• Champion best practice approaches for working in Salesforce (CRM technology) – particularly around marketing specific activities, including training and learning sessions for the London based attorneys.
• Execute Marketing campaigns, working with other BD team members to develop and finalise.
• Prepare and project manage pitches, RFPs, capability statements and presentations including communicating with attorneys and undertaking client research.
• Manage attorney biographies, including liaising with new joiners, and working with secretaries to ensure they are up-to-date with recent deal and directory information.
• Analyse data as it relates to client alerts, campaigns, pitches and events, and deliver simple reports to show that data in a visually compelling way.
• Track results and prepare responsive data-led reports and analyses incorporating recommendations for increasing BD & Marketing effectiveness.
• Responsible for producing, collating, updating and storing a library of relevant client focused documents. including practice group descriptions, attorney biographies, and website content.
• Collaborate closely with business development managers, providing substantive “right hand” assistance in the execution of business development plans.
• Support the London team in the delivery of a range of campaigns and BD plans to raise the firms profile as well as independently owning and driving BD & Marketing projects and campaigns.
• Build and retain strong and direct relationships with all attorneys to deliver BD & Marketing initiatives. Develop supportive relationships with global colleagues and ensure that business development & marketing support is collaboratively provided.
• Delivery of client facing presentations and acting as a soundboard for attorneys on BD initiatives.
• Drive cross-border initiatives and take responsibility, alongside the global team, for global BD & marketing initiatives.
• Flexible in supporting the team across a variety of other initiatives including acting as liaison for external suppliers, coordinating research for sponsorship opportunities and providing administrative support on BD initiatives.

Legal Secretary (Litigation)

Office Location Flexible

Guided by department objectives and priorities, performs a variety of secretarial tasks to support assigned attorneys and other timekeepers. Provides a high level of client service and support while producing a high volume of consistently excellent work products. Maintains a general knowledge of the Firm’s practice areas and a specialized knowledge of the assigned attorneys’ practice area(s) and clients to enhance and promote communication between attorneys and their clients and to provide excellent, personalized service to support attorney/client relationships. Office Operations Supervisor

Boston

The Office Operations Supervisor is responsible for facilities services and overall day-to-day operations for the Boston office!
• Supervise daily workflow as relates to reception and conference/guest services, office services, oversight of outsourced relationships, and service delivery for photocopying, fax and mail.
• Act as onsite liaison to Boston Properties Building Services.
• Resolve facilities and systems needs such as HVAC, electrical, furniture, equipment and security access systems, fire suppression apparatus and related processes.
• Conduct daily walk-though of space. Propose office improvements and assist in requesting vendor proposals for space improvement projects.
• Collaborate closely with Information Technology to ensure meticulous maintenance and upkeep of equipment in all conference rooms and IDF closets
• Oversee and develop Conference Center personnel to ensure that special events and large meetings are managed without disruption and to provide premier, seamless service to internal clients as well as external event planners.
• Responsible for supply inventory and ensures proper stocking of supplies in main supply and satellite supply areas.
• Review, validate and approve all facilities purchasing activities and provide analysis and recommendations for cost reductions to Sr. Office Operations Manager
• Ensure accuracy of all vendor invoices, proper allocation and timely processing.
• Work closely with Director of Administration and Sr. Office Operations Manager to develop and manage budgets, timelines, communications, and implementation plans for complex administrative projects.
• Negotiate with outside consultants and vendors for required products and services; coordinate finalization of contracts with Firm sourcing team.
• Provide backup reception coverage as needed.

Sr. Business Development Specialist

Office Location Flexible

Guided by marketing department objectives and priorities and collaborating closely with attorneys and the business development team, prepares responses to cross-practice, panel, and other complex RFPs. Provides assistance and project management to RFP team on marketing requests and initiatives. Manages content library and assists with content management strategy. Collaborates with business development and pricing teams across groups and offices to ensure effectiveness and attain synergies for all business development programs. Ensures client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of the position.

Technology Transactions Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

San Francisco
• You are a 3-5 year associate with a strong knowledge of intellectual property law including drafting and negotiation experience spanning a wide variety of technology transactions including:
• Licenses of software, technology and content, software and technology development agreements, and professional services agreements;
• Manufacturing, collaboration, and supply and distribution agreements;
• E-commerce, media and entertainment transactions;
• Assisting on M+A and equity financing transactions, including drafting of transaction agreements and due diligence of contract and IP matters.
• You have a preferred technical background (e.g., a science degree or computer programming experience) with strong academic credentials in intellectual property, technology and commercial law coursework at a top-tier law school.
• You have an interest in or experience with artificial intelligence is a plus.
• You are able to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• You have a strong work ethic and excellent leadership skills to help you succeed on our team.
• You are a member of the California Bar.
