Environment for the Americas is seeking a Park Planning Fellow for an internship in Omaha, NE. The role involves supporting the development of river management and scenic trail protection plans, designing civic engagement strategies, and creating communication strategies for stakeholder input. This position focuses on environmental stewardship and conservation leadership.
Environmental Stewardship and Conservation Leadership Role*

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Park Planning Fellow. As a member of the Regional Planning and Special Studies (PPSS) Program, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that focus on environmental stewardship and conservation leadership.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development of comprehensive river management plans and scenic trail protection plans. You will also assist in designing and implementing civic engagement strategies to empower stakeholders and partners, and develop communication strategies to generate relevant input for planning processes.
