Media Sales Strategist and Planner

Green Media is seeking a Media Sales Strategist and Planner to enhance advertising through their platform. This full-time role involves managing relationships with media partners, onboarding new partners, and ensuring campaign success. The position requires at least 5 years of media planning experience, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. The job is hybrid, allowing work from home with one day in the office each week.

Summary:

Join Green Media and become a key player in transforming the advertising landscape through our innovative exchange platform. This platform allows brands to swap unsold products for valuable advertising space, enhancing their presence across South Africa. This is a full-time position.

Job Objective:

As a Media Strategist and Planner, your priority will be to manage and expand relationships with key media partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring our brand partners' advertising needs are met and they receive exceptional service. You will be required to hunt for new media partners and onboard them to the platform. You will play a key role in ensuring our sales cycle moves swiftly along with no complications.

1. Mission:

Ensure the successful execution of strategic media plans for our brand partners, leading to smooth campaign closures and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

2. Outcomes:
• Quarterly Media Negotiated Goal: R20,833,333
• Develop and present at least five strategic media plans per month.
• Onboard at least 15 media partners every quarter.
• Achieve a minimum of 80% excellent ratings from our media partners.
• Ensure all campaigns meet deadlines and no significant delays occur.
