Materials Processing Operator

Metallized Carbon Corporation is hiring Materials Processing Operators for its facility in Mountain Dale, NY. Responsibilities include assisting in materials processing, loading/unloading equipment, and maintaining equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to lift 75lbs. The position offers full-time shifts, competitive pay starting at $18/hour, health benefits, and a sign-on bonus. This is not a remote job.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for Materials Processing Operators, at our new facility in Mountain Dale, New York.

1st & 2nd Shift Monday - Friday and Saturdays as required. (2nd Shift Differential $1.00 p/h)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Assists in the materials processing operations
• Loading and unloading processing equipment with product and materials
• Maintenance of processing equipment
• All processes required to prepare materials for processing and completion including, scraping and cleaning of parts.
• General maintenance of equipment and facilities, including but not limited to restocking of production and maintenance materials and cleaning.
• Capable of lifting 75lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Manufacturing. Fast paced.
