Job Description
Serves as a technical leader on daily tasks, coordinates the scheduling of work assignments and daily priorities of assigned staff. Ensures safe and reliable operation, maintenance and repair of all support systems and equipment with emphasis on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and ice making machines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience, Three years' experience in HVAC field, including Type II - Section 608 Technician Certification or Universal - Section 608 from United States Environmental Protection Services (EPA), Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
