Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team.

The Marketing Operations Specialist based in Boston, will report to the Director of Marketing and is responsible for managing our marketing automation platform (Pardot/Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, providing campaign support and analyzing campaign data to inform marketing decisions. You’ll also work closely with Sales to ensure follow-up on leads generated from across our channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage marketing automation platform which includes lead management, campaign set up, workflows, database hygiene, list segmentation and measuring campaign results

· Manage email campaigns, including build, list segmentation, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization in Salesforce

· Collaborate with sales to align on lead workflows, segmentation and campaign follow-ups

· Analyze campaign and lead metrics to assist Director with marketing reports

· Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR and other regulations

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum of 2 years marketing ops experience in B2B organizations

· Demonstrated proficiency with a marketing automation tool (preferably Pardot) and a CRM (preferably Salesforce)

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to review data and assess the success of marketing programs

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Passionate about process, automation and CRM systems

· Experience with Jira/Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Analytics

· B.A. in Marketing or Communications or equivalent

· Some domestic and international travel may be required
