About the Role
• The Trade Show Coordinator is a self-starter responsible for the planning and execution of industry trade shows and external, customer-facing events to ensure alignment with corporate strategy and trade show objectives.
• In this role, the Trade Show Coordinator reports to the Marketing Director and works closely with the marketing team as well as interfaces with all Elessent business lines.
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute key industry trade shows, collaborating with various business lines.
• Liaise with trade show organizers and third-party vendors for exhibit details, show services, and booth assets.
• Lead planning & debrief meetings.
• Generate timely and clear communications with attendees, staff, and stakeholders.
• Manage trade show tracker and/or develop an event plan for each trade show.
• Manage promotional item selection, to include procurement and tracking.
• Manage logistics including booth selection, staff registration, trade show material coordination, booth asset shipping (domestic & international), and brochure/signage printing.
• Manage trade show spending against budget.
• Develop a lead management process and ensure alignment with forecasting.
• Coordinate Elessent-sponsored customer events, including venue management and F&B selection.
• Travel to and support on-site execution of key trade shows and events.
Experience Requirements
• 5-7 years’ experience managing various sized trade shows, meetings and events. Lead management experience is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage workload in order to meet multiple competing deadlines.
• Must be a self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Some meetings are hosted/attended in different time zones; evening work may occasionally be required.

Location & Commitments
• Full-time, hybrid position located in St. Louis, MO
• Anticipated travel approximately 10 to 20% (domestic)
