Responsibilities
Working in a clean, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, you will help build revolutionary American-made energy storage systems:

Precision Assembly: Build and align mechanical components (motors, gears, belts, pulleys) using hand and power tools.Electrical Integration: Perform wiring of high-voltage and low-voltage systems based on engineering diagrams.Quality Assurance: Test and inspect completed units to ensure they meet high-performance standards.Technical Collaboration: Work with a mission-driven team of engineers to optimize production.

Qualifications
We are looking for people who love to work with their hands and have a "quality-first" mindset.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Technical Spirit: Vocational training, trade school experience, or a background in mechanical/electrical work (auto repair, HVAC, or assembly) is a huge plus!Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read technical drawings or color-coded wiring diagrams.Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/bend for your shift.Safety First: Must be comfortable wearing PPE (safety helmets, eye protection, etc.) and following strict safety protocols.Bonus: An active Forklift Certification is highly preferred.
