Randstad USA is seeking a Manufacturing Environmental Manager near Abilene, KS, responsible for managing environmental programs at a manufacturing facility. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in environmental/safety, or related field
• Must have five (5+) years of environmental experience within a large scale manufacturing facility
• Experience leading an environmental program
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret federal, state and local regulations
• Knowledge of EHS laws and regulations

responsibilities:
• Responsible for the management of facility environmental programs at the manufacturing site
• lead initiatives to minimize environmental impact and ensure continuous improvement in environmental performance
• Evaluation, coordination and implementation of programs, policies, practices and activities
• Control air emissions, monitor industrial wastewater treatment and discharges, manage and minimize solid and hazardous waste
• Auditing of facility programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Collect and maintain data for environmental metrics tracking and reporting
• Training and oversight of facility personnel performing environmental duties
