Job Summary of Manufacturing Associate:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Manufacturing Associate:
• Participate in general labor functions within a production facility.
• Operate within different departments, ranging from Further Processing to Whole Bird Packaging and other specified areas.
• Engage in processing goods while guaranteeing quality and safety protocols are followed.
• Execute tasks in close proximity to cutting devices as directed.
• Switch roles on the production line while adjusting to different climate settings.
• Comply with all safety measures and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Manufacturing Associate:
• Skill in executing physically challenging duties in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Readiness to carry out duties in changing temperatures and conditions.
• Having a background in production or manufacturing is advantageous but not obligatory.
