Job Description
Seaboard Foods is seeking a Managing Director for its Renewable Natural Gas division, based in Guymon, OK or Kansas City, KS. The role involves strategic management, operational oversight, and driving growth in renewable energy. Candidates should have extensive experience in the energy sector and strong leadership skills. YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting Managing Director-RNG opportunity in our Guymon, OK or Kansas City office. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the renewable energy and natural gas (RNG) team. The Managing Director will be responsible for the overall management, strategy, and performance of the company's RNG division. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the energy market, regulatory environment, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a track record of driving growth, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve the company's growth and profitability goals in the renewable energy and natural gas sectors.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Utilize in-depth technical knowledge of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production, including biogas upgrading, anaerobic digestion, and gas purification processes to optimize operations and drive technological advancements.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and shareholder expectations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive expansion and diversification.
Stay informed of industry regulations, ensuring the company complies with all local, state, and federal laws.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Champion and integrate sustainability initiatives across the organization, aligning with the company's commitment to environmental stewardship.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the renewable energy or natural gas industry.
Extensive technical experience in Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production, including knowledge of biogas upgrading technologies, anaerobic digestion processes, and gas purification techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Deep understanding of the renewable energy and natural gas markets, including emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory landscapes.
Preferred:
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Experience identifying and securing new business opportunities and partnerships in the renewable energy sector.
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting the RNG and broader renewable energy industries.
Proven ability to drive technological advancements and operational efficiencies in RNG production and related processes.

The noise level in the work environment is dependent on which environment you are in.
The hours and days of work are established by departmental needs and at the discretion of management. After-hours, weekends, and overnight travel as requested.
