Manager-Operations (Environmental impact Assessment reporting)

TV SD is seeking a Manager-Operations in Haryana, India, specializing in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reporting. Manager-Operation (Environmental Impact Assessment) - Kolkata/Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities
The person must have extensive work experience in Environmental & Social advisory Services in relation to preparation of ESIA, ESDD, ESMS, ESMF etc.
in line with the requirement of the respective national/State Guideline and standards of Bi-lateral and
Multilateral Financial institute including but not limited to IFC, World Bank, ADB, KfW and Equator Principles
He/She must also have comprehensive experience of conducting Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA); Environmental & Social Due Diligence (ESDD)
and other E&S services in Sectors such as Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, Floating Solar, Hybrid etc.), Transportation (Highways & Railways) and any other sector.
He/She should also be well versed with all relevant guidelines related to social safeguard studies and standards of all the Bi-Lateral
Multilateral Financial Institutions such as WB-ESS (ESS-1-10), 2017 IFC-PS (PS 1-8), 2012, ADB-SPS, 2009, KfW Sustainability guidelines and Equator Principles.
The person must have extensive work experience in Environmental & Social advisory Services in relation to preparation of ESIA, ESDD, ESMS, ESMF etc.

Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)
Help the Sales Manager-ET in identifying new initiatives and sales leads in products like
Renewable Energy, Green Hydrogen, Green Bonds, Green Highways, Decarbanization and Net Zero.
Assist the Sales Manager-ET in preparation of techno-commercial proposals & quotes
Environment, Sustainability, environmental impact assessment, Climate Change, presentation skills, communication skills

Education

MSc. (Environment Science), M.Tech (Environment Engineering), Masters in Environment & Sustainability

or Similar from Reputed University such as TERI University, FRI University, Doon University, AMITY University etc.

Certification or Training (If any required)
ESIA, ESDD, ESMS, ESMF
