Job Description / Responsibility
• Manage overall production operation of the factory
• Develop production plan and ensure highest productivity through strict implementation of QC principles, effective supervision, routine inspection and proper accountability
• Monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)Monitor daily production activities
• Create raw materials demand as per analysis of work order (previous & forecast)Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
• Provide support on cylinder development purpose
• Maintain machine schedule & manpower
• Ensure to minimize the wastage and time
• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production achievement with production target
• Co-ordinate with the sales department to facilitate production and operations based on the market demand
• Assist to develop a production strategy
• Review plan of maintenance and ensure its implementation
• Ensure coaching and motivating the team time to time to achieve production target
• Ensure customer service as well as build up inter personal communication to reduce complains
• Prepare report time to time as per management requirement
• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

Educational Requirements
• The candidate should have Graduate in any discipline (Science background/ Mechanical Engineer will be given preference)

Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),Packaging Industry

• Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial position

Required skills:
• Knowledge on raw materials, planning, production process, policy formulation and people management, about quality of product and wastage control
• Communication, analytical ability, problem solving, reporting, leadership skill, motivation, management skills of production operation, intermediate computer software using capabilities (MS Office, Internet, Email etc.), capable of online production planning
• Solution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
