Committed to decarbonizing its portfolio and expanding renewable energy projects.Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Manager to lead acquisitions of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in project management, relationship management, and negotiation.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Develop and optimize financial models for solar, wind, and storage projects. Oversee investment analysis and guide due diligence processes.Project Development: Identify and evaluate new renewable energy opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies and lead permitting and compliance processes.Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies for acquiring renewable energy assets. Conduct due diligence and negotiate terms with stakeholders.Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and monitor project performance.
