Committed to decarbonizing its portfolio and expanding renewable energy projects.Job Summary:Seeking an experienced Manager to lead acquisitions of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in project management, relationship management, and negotiation.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Develop and optimize financial models for solar, wind, and storage projects. Oversee investment analysis and guide due diligence processes.Project Development: Identify and evaluate new renewable energy opportunities. Conduct feasibility studies and lead permitting and compliance processes.Acquisition Strategy: Develop strategies for acquiring renewable energy assets. Conduct due diligence and negotiate terms with stakeholders.Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and monitor project performance. Implement corrective actions as needed.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and provide insights to senior management.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field7+ years of experience in renewable energy project development and/or acquisitions.Ability to analyze complex data and financial models.Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and environmental compliance.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Travel Requirements: Up to 25%, as needed.
