Manager: Environmental Management Services

Digby Wells Environmental seeks a Manager for Environmental Management Services in South Africa. This senior role involves leading multi-country Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) programs, overseeing complex projects, driving business development, and managing a team of environmental specialists. The candidate will ensure quality and client satisfaction while contributing to revenue targets and strategy. A strong background in environmental leadership is essential.

What You’ll Do
• Lead large, multi-country Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) programmes within the resources and infrastructure sectors.
• Oversee delivery of complex, integrated environmental and social projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and securing new work.
• Own and grow a pipeline of work, contributing to revenue targets and service line strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of environmental project managers and specialists across multiple regions.
• Act as a key account manager and trusted advisor to clients.
• Manage departmental performance, financials, and resource planning.
