About Our Management Training Program

Tailored to sales-minded candidates seeking management positions in the growing solar industry, our program teaches every aspect of Greentech Renewables' business to supervise your own multi-million-dollar location.

On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial statements, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development.

You will attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. While this position provides real on-the-job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management.

Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability and willingness to relocate during and upon completion of the program

Working Conditions:
