We are committed to investing in our employees, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for learning and professional growth. #xa0;We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, and opportunities for advancement, but more importantly, we offer you the ability to make a real difference in the world./em/ppemTogether we can create a brighter, cleaner future for generations to come./em/pstrongJob Description:/strongpustrongSummary of Position#xa0;/strong/u/ppA Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing preventative maintenance and repairing production equipment as required, while working with the senior members of the team to complete electrical and mechanical projects. #xa0;/ppustrongEssential Duties and Responsibilities#xa0;/strong/u/pulliPerform preventative/predictive maintenance to all production equipment as required. #xa0;/liliWork side-by-side with experienced technician during equipment repair and learn smart/safe work practices. #xa0;/liliComplete small electrical and mechanical projects based on direction given from Team Lead/ Supervisor #xa0;/liliDemonstrate safe work practices and follow company safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all times. #xa0;/liliEnsure compliance of all Company policies #xa0;/liliMaintain personal compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and recommend measures to improve health and safety. #xa0;/liliWork within a team environment and interact with all areas of production effectively. #xa0;/liliRepair and replace electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic and electronic components such as motors, contractors, relays, timers, types of switches, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls and valves under direction of Team Lead/ Supervisor #xa0;/liliRecognize and diagnose faults on electrical equipment or systems, which may involve complex interlocking, interrelated circuits, integrated systems and complex sequencing. #xa0;/liliExamine, install, replace and repair electronic wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components. #xa0;/liliMaintain production equipment to maximize operating performance and assist with maintaining electrical spare parts’ inventory levels. #xa0;/liliPerform repairs on equipment to restore them to proper and safe work conditions under direction of Team Lead/ Supervisor #xa0;/liliPerform installation, set up, modification and relocation of equipment to accommodate or improve production requirements. #xa0;/liliRead electrical and electronic schematics/diagrams, basic hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. #xa0;/liliTest electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance #xa0;/liliEnsure production schedule is not jeopardized due to machine breakdown, or unsafe operating conditions and inform Team Lead/Supervisor about changes in electric circuits and update original diagrams. #xa0;/liliAlways follow LOCK OUT/TAG OUT procedure on unsafe machines/machines being serviced. #xa0;/liliAdhere to work orders, preventive/predictive maintenance systems by filling in required forms, #xa0;/li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongpustrongSkills#xa0;#xa0;/strong/u/pulliTroubleshooting experience with electrical amp;
