Responsibilities:
• Operate all equipment and machinery, and accurately read and interpret all schematics and drawings related to maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot, rebuild, repair, and enhance both active and new machinery and equipment without supervision.
• Utilize machine tools to fabricate necessary parts for maintenance and machine setups.
• Ensure that all operating safety devices function properly after completing repairs, modifications, and installations.
• Commit to continuous improvement of machinery, equipment, and processes through preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance reports and documentation.
• Exhibit exemplary housekeeping, safety practices, and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance of Can Assembly Presses in a manufacturing setting, or a comparable mix of training and experience.
• Experience in the maintenance and repair of waxers, scroll shears, and Cone Top presses.
• Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics, and charts.
• Proficient in using precision measuring devices including amp meters, electrical meters, and hydraulic gauges.
• Basic understanding of equipment and systems schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address practical issues with limited standardization.
• Fundamental mathematical skills for performing basic calculations with decimals and fractions.
• A mature and professional attitude towards work, demonstrating personal responsibility and a commitment to completing assigned duties.
