Are you passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting? We're looking for entry-level Wind Technicians to be part of our growing team dedicated to maintaining the next generation of wind turbines.
As a Wind Technician you will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on a Wind Turbine. This is a 100% travel role, for work to be done across the United States.

What You'll Do:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify and resolve issues.
Conduct inspections and assessments to detect potential faults or safety risks.
Work on both onshore and offshore wind turbine sites (depending on location).
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, issues, and solutions.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

Solid foundation in superior safety and quality procedures
Willing to travel, 100%
Not afraid of working from heights
1 year minimum of mechanical experience
1 year minimum of electrical experience
General knowledge of hand and power tools and use of tools
Good problem-solving skills
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (including certain speeding violations)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb wind turbines and work at heights up to 300 feet
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfort working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions
