Overview

Graham Packaging Company in Bradford, PA is seeking a KHS Operator for 12-hour day shifts (B Shift). The shift may change to 8 or 12 hours based on business needs.

Pay: $19.35/hr. + $500 Sign-on Bonus for new hires.
Responsibilities
• Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring high-quality production.
• Follow all safety, health, quality, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Perform mold, insert, and color changes; assist in troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Monitor processing conditions, conduct quality checks, and maintain equipment.
• Assist with mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and complete documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with supervisors and support staff to meet production goals.
• Train new operators and assist other team members as needed.
Qualifications
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Proficiency in computer skills and effective communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
