Job Summary:

As a Field Technician, you would be responsible for delivering TV and Smart Home solutions, conveying DISH's brand, and sharing knowledge on smart homes with homeowners.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• As DISH's residential representative, our priority is to make our clients' lives easier by introducing them to iovative smart home solutions.
• Creating a bond with customers is a critical component of delivering stellar service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement duties that involve working at different levels, including using ladders that extend up to 40 feet, and operating efficiently despite challenging weather conditions.
• It is mandatory to possess a valid driver’s license with no violations and the physical strength to lift items weighing over 70 lbs for this position.
• Going on trips as part of work obligations may be mandatory.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Accomplished in quickly establishing rapport and going above and beyond to satisfy customers.
• Aptitude to work at great heights and in variable weather conditions.
• Ability to move heavy objects that weigh over 70 lbs by physical power.
