M&A and VC Investment (Tech & Climate) Interim Analyst

Fuse Venture Partners is seeking an Interim Analyst for M&A and VC Investment focused on tech and climate sectors in the UK. The role involves supporting advisory and investment mandates, conducting market research, screening investment opportunities, and performing financial due diligence. Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for technology and climate. This is a contractor position.
We seek a motivated, down-to-earth generalist interim Analyst to support the Managing Partner in advisory to and investment in technology ventures that also improve our climate.

- Support on advisory and investment mandates

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis

- Screen prospective investment opportunities

- Write investment memos and other analyses of potential and existing investments

- Conduct financial and business due diligence (e.g., industry analysis, competitive position, growth prospects)

- Develop financial models to analyze investment returns and perform valuation analyses

- Support team with quarterly reporting, annual meetings and client requests for information

- Highly proficient in Powerpoint & Excel, at least- Other ad hoc requirements

- Passionate about tech and climate + building businesses

Qualifications Requirements: 2+ years' of relevant work experience from an investing, investment bank, consulting, Big 4, venture capital or private equity firm. Excellent academic credentials. Right to work in UK.
