Job Description

Global Investment Bank is seeking an M&A Analyst (1-3 years) for their Power, Energy, Infrastructure, and Transition sectors in the UK. Responsibilities include collaborating on M&A execution, conducting industry research, and preparing financial analyses. Candidates should have relevant investment banking experience, strong analytical skills, and a good academic record. The position is full-time and requires the ability to work under pressure.

Key responsibilities include

:Work in collaboration with sector colleagues to drive the origination and execution of M&A scenariosSupport team members with first rate marketing, executing, and regulation activities including the preparation of presentations, pitches and financial analysis.Perform background industry and company research, consolidating information from diverse sourcesInteract with third parties in both marketing and execution under supervision to drive effective delivery of all tasksWork under own initiative, but with readily available supervision and guidance, to prioritise workload to support the team and achieve your personal development and growth objective
