Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the luxury market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. Build and maintain relationships with luxury clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Utilize market knowledge and industry trends to identify potential clients and properties.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct property tours and showcase properties to potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals to ensure a successful transaction for both the client and the company.
Stay up-to-date with the latest luxury real estate trends, developments, and regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
Attend networking events and actively participate in industry associations to expand client base and promote the company's brand.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuously seek out new business opportunities and proactively follow up with leads.
Meet and exceed company expectations and standards for sales performance.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of the luxury market.
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
