Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead our logistics efforts within the solar tracker industry. This role involves overseeing the full logistics process, including customs clearance and inland transportation while ensuring adherence to Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in logistics management, particularly in the renewable energy sector, along with expertise in customs regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate all logistics activities for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely and cost-efficient transportation of goods by optimizing logistics procedures.
• Manage customs clearance processes and maintain compliance with applicable regulations.
• Stay updated on customs regulations and DDP requirements to mitigate risks effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure dependable service.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers to enhance cost-efficiency.
• Oversee inland transportation logistics to facilitate smooth movement of goods from ports to project sites.
• Track transportation performance and implement improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure precise shipment tracking and stock levels.
• Develop and execute inventory control measures to minimize losses and guarantee availability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of logistics management experience, focusing on customs, inland transportation, and international logistics within the renewable energy sector.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with DDP terms and customs regulations relevant to the solar industry.
• Willingness to travel as required for logistics operations and supplier engagements.
