About Us: Energy Select is a leading renewable energy company in Southern Maryland dedicated to providing sustainable solar solutions and LED lighting to residential and commercial customers. We serve the the Southern region of Maryland with our office in Leonardtown, MD.

Position Overview: As a Logistics Coordinator for Energy Select, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations by efficiently organizing and delivering materials. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety will be essential in maintaining an orderly warehouse and facilitating the timely delivery of materials to our installation teams. You will be staging the material needed for both solar and lighting jobs and delivering to job sites.

Responsibilities:

- Delivering heavy equipment such as rails and solar panels using a forklift and boxtruck to different job sites throughout Southern Maryland

- Material Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming solar and lighting materials, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and adherence to quality standards.

- Ensures orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product final distribution.

· Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording location of inventory, and reporting shortages.

· Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on material list.

· Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials onto and off trucks.

· Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.

· Schedules deliveries with customers.

·Conducts vehicle inspections and manages vehicles stock levels.

· Maintains appearance of branch as needed. Clean warehouse, outside area, bathrooms, etc.

· Job site cleanup for lighting and solar crews.

Requirements and Skill Sets:

· A clean driving record, a safe and cautious driver. Will tow small trailers and drive a box truck

- Warehouse experience is preferred

· Ability to operate forklift. Certification or willing to receive certification.

· Ability to physically work on ladders and lift material up to 50 pounds

· Must be dependable and reliable

· Ability to follow instructions, a punch list and attention to detail

· Ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug tests

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
