Responsibilities:
• Maneuver tractor-trailers while placing significant importance on both road safety and operational efficiency.
• Thoroughly inspect the vehicle before setting off and after reaching your destination to confirm its compliance with roadworthiness standards.
• Create optimized delivery schedules to increase productivity and meet time constraints.
• Secure the transport of items by following the correct handling and packaging procedures.
• Preserve clear and continuous communication with dispatchers and customers.
• Precisely track hours worked and conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks accordingly.
• Obey the safety regulations and guidelines outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
• Compliance can be upheld by promptly reporting any vehicle concerns, incidents, or breaches.

Qualifications:
• Having a current Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Flawless driving record exhibiting a lack of significant violations.
• Meeting the DOT's standards for physical wellness assessments and drug screenings.
• Having strong skills in time management and organization aids in productivity.
• Understanding in successfully transporting and managing bulky or oversized shipments.
• Proficiency in customer service highlighted by a commitment to nurturing relationships with clientele.
• A steadfast commitment to ensuring safety protocols are upheld and regulatory compliance is maintained, including the timely reporting of incidents.

Experience Levels Accepted:
• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Graduates
• Participants in our structured 12-week training program for new commercial drivers, designed to accelerate skill development for drivers with experience ranging from three months to five years.

Preferred Experience:
• Ability to operate diverse trailer types, including dry van, refrigerated, flatbed, and tanker trailers.
• Skill in handling various unit operations, combining vehicles, and utilizing multiple transportation modes effectively.
• Skillfulness in the handling of domestic goods and specialized transfers.
